Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using alptugads.com or engaging my freelance digital marketing services.

Services

I provide freelance digital marketing services including, but not limited to:

  • Google Ads campaign management (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)

  • Google Merchant Center feed optimization

  • Meta Ads campaign management

  • RSA (Responsive Search Ad) copywriting

Service agreements, scope, and deliverables are defined individually for each client engagement, typically via Fiverr or direct contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate business information and access to relevant ad accounts

  • Ensuring they have rights to all content, images, and trademarks used in campaigns

  • Complying with Google Ads Policies, Meta Advertising Standards, and all applicable laws

No Guarantee of Results

Digital advertising involves inherent uncertainty. While I apply professional expertise and best practices, I do not guarantee specific results such as a defined return on ad spend, conversion rate, or revenue outcome.

Confidentiality

I treat all client business information, campaign data, and account access as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without consent, except where required by law.

Intellectual Property

Any custom ad copy, strategy documents, or creative assets I produce for a client become the client's property upon full payment. I retain the right to reference the work as a portfolio case study unless the client requests otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

My liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engagement. I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from advertising performance or platform policy changes.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing formal legal remedies.

Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of my services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
